To Whom It May Concern,
I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa for many years and I was extremely pleased that she accepted our offer to join us in Kelowna heading up our sales at Sundance Ridge and providing leadership to all 6 of our sales teams in Kelowna and Calgary. Although I could talk about Lisa’s many accomplishments in various projects in both Calgary and Kelowna I will focus the remainder of this letter on Sundance Ridge.
Lisa is passionate about making sure the entire customer experience, from first contact to move-ins and service periods, is a pleasant one. When Lisa took on the role at Sundance she insisted on being involved in all aspects of the project from preliminary design to 12 month warranty periods. Lisa was an integral part of the project team consisting of planners, architects and engineers that took Sundance from the planning process to construction. Lisa also worked with the strata management company in setting up budgets and condo fees. She worked with the General Contractor and Interior Designer to select interior specifications that met budgets while appealing to broad range of customers. Lisa also worked closely with our solicitor to accurately create the necessary documents for the disclosure statement. I can go on and on describing the tasks that she has performed at Sundance from obtaining and decorating the sales center, spending her days off buying furniture for the new show suite, and getting her family to stuff envelopes so that she can keep her customers informed on the status of the project.
Lisa is also a very dedicated person and is the first to volunteer to travel to a resort show in Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton sacrificing days off. Lisa is also very dedicated to her customers and makes sure that she keeps them informed along the way. She pushes our organization very hard to meet our commitments on quality, service and time lines.
Lisa is very creative at finding ways to generate customer leads. She makes sure that great signage is in place and she will market our product by visiting staff at neighboring retail outlets. Lisa is very conscientious about following up customer leads.
It is quite amazing how much Lisa gets done in a week and at the same time she is the best sales person I have ever worked with. She quite effortlessly finds out what the customer needs, while building a strong relationship with them. Then if she has the product that will fill the need she is quickly able to make the customer feel at ease about entering into a contract. It is rare to find someone that can juggle so many responsibilities (and do them very well) and be able to close the sale.

In 2015 we were introduced to Lisa Thomas. We are a development of 70 homes, which is a new endeavor for our company. Lisa helped tremendously from day one before we even had any homes ready for her to sell. She lent her knowledge and experience in the industry to help and guide us in getting our project up and going. Once we were ready to go Lisa didn’t waste anytime in making sales and used her expertise in assisting our customers to find the right style of home for their families, and pick out the right selections to customize their homes. From the sale to possession Lisa was always available to assist with every detail. Lisa was dedicated and very invested in her commitment to us, she was a great addition to our team! We were disappointed when Lisa informed us that her and her family were moving back to Alberta, but despite the distance Lisa is still more than willing to help us with any questions we have along the way. We wish Lisa nothing but the best in her future and feel she will be an asset to any company that she is a part of.
